TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any equipment hired from Qualitysounds (the owner) becomes the responsibility of "the hirer" once they have left Qualitysounds property and as such become liable for any loss or damage to the hired goods. By signing a hire contract with Qualitysounds "the hirer" is in full understanding and agreement of this.

All equipment left overnight on hirers premises must be fully insured for its full replacement cost should any damage or loss occur. Security must be provided to prevent any damage or loss overnight and during any event when and where the equipment is to be used.

All necessary means must be provided to protect the equipment from adverse weather conditions in the form of covered areas to prevent any ingress of any form of liquid or moisture.

All equipment used outside must be raised off floor level to prevent the ingress of any moisture and to prevent the access of any unauthorised or unqualified person or persons being able to meddle or cause injury to themselves or others.

EXTERNAL FUNCTIONS

Access for vehicle loading and unloading must be provided at all times and area passes must be provided for all Qualitysounds personnel as stated. If outdoors then a raised platform must be provided by you along with weather protection for any equipment that may be exposed to adverse weather conditions.

If a generator is required for an outdoor function then specifications will be given by Quality sounds as to the generators output needed. Qualitysounds MUST be consulted BEFORE a generator is supplied to ensure compatibility and power.

THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE AND MAY BE ADDED TO AT ANY TIME

The above terms and conditions are agreed to when any contract is signed with Qualitysounds and in doing so forms part of the contract. Any breaches on your part may mean cancellation by us but payment of the full amount will still be payable by "the hirer".
